Yes, this should work with a TiVo Mini Vox. I use mine with my TiVo Bolt+. Just plug the HDMI output from the TiVo Mini Vox into one of the HDMI ports. When you switch inputs to that HDMI input, you should see your TiVo screen. You will need the TiVo Mini Vox remote to change channels and select recordings to watch, but you should be able to adjust the volume, mute the volume, and turn the TV on and off with either remote. I haven't yet figured out whether the Toshiba remote can be used to stop, start, fast forward, and rewind on the TiVo (I think it can, but I haven't figured out how to do it yet).
