“I just bought this TV 2 days ago and I can't adjust the screen to full size. There's about 3 inches of black space above and below the picture when watching Netflix movies, but not when watching regular local channels. I've tried everything, what do I do?”

• While watching TV, press and hold the Home button to launch the Quick Access menu, there you will find Display settings to adjust the Picture Size and Aspect Ratio. David M. - Toshiba Support
