“I purchased this Fire tv 6 days ago and it is amazing! My only issue is that yesterday, the voice control and home button the remote stopped working. I fear I will be unable to use the tv if the whole remote goes out. HELP”

I had the same problem. Come to find out you have to program the remote. I took it into the store and they did it for me. It only took them a few minutes to program
