My sound does not work in my toshiba fire 43” tv null

Have you ensured that the tv hasn’t paired audio with any other blue tooth speaker? If you’re not physically connected to any external speakers, then the speakers should play right out of the box. Check audio configuration. You can even try resetting the tv to factory setting. If that doesn’t work, return it for manufacturers defect.
