I.m not sure,but I do recall reading that others had problem with their Cable feed..If you go into settings..look for HDMI if set to HDMI 2.0 ,then change to HDMI 1.4. It seems that cable box not yet ready for prime time...Hulu shouldn't have same problem...if it's steaming directly from ethernet cable. Hope this helps
