“Every few times I turn on to go to HDMI 1 for my cable there will be no picture. Other times it works. I'll end up having to reboot my cable box to get a picture. I've tried to use other inputs and replaced the HDMI cable. Any solutions out there?”

You can try to use a different HDMI Mode. Using the included Voice Remote press and hold the home button for 3 seconds to launch the Quick Access menu, select Picture then Advanced Settings and select HDMI Mode, try Mode 1 or 2. David M. - Toshiba Support

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I find it does take a few seconds for the change from Prime Video to HDMI1. I use my Smart TV remote to turn on Prime Video. Then I go to HDMI 1 cable and click on my cable remote. Works all the time. Takes a while to get it down pat.
