You can try to use a different HDMI Mode. Using the included Voice Remote press and hold the home button for 3 seconds to launch the Quick Access menu, select Picture then Advanced Settings and select HDMI Mode, try Mode 1 or 2. David M. - Toshiba Support

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I find it does take a few seconds for the change from Prime Video to HDMI1. I use my Smart TV remote to turn on Prime Video. Then I go to HDMI 1 cable and click on my cable remote. Works all the time. Takes a while to get it down pat.
