“Just purchased this and the sound and video aren’t linked up. There seems to be a 5-10sec delay of sound from video that is played on all apps or programs. So if watching the mouth movement are not linking up to the sound. What is wrong? Network is fine”

Could be what you are watching on the tv, i.e movie or a particular channel. I say to change the channel to see if the issue still occurs or restart your cable if that is what you are using.
