We had this problem. My husband used the selection on the screen to change which HDMI cable you are using. That corrected it for us......but took us a while to figure it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought one Tv and the video quality and audio are working perfect. I don't move any setting for the audio. But, in your case are 2 tvs with the same symptom. I think you should call to customer service to get any better answer. Regards. Luis
