• Haven't set mine up yet, But, it sounds like it is set up as store Demo, there should be a setup entry to give normal operation. Hope this helps, when I setup mine I will edit if necessary, :-) RW

• Not sure what you are talking about with the ads etc. there is a demo mode you can turn on or off in the settings, I believe it is under the advanced section.
