QuestionI have a Toshiba tv Chromecast built in and it turns on and off by itself it comes on and you can get a show or movie pulled up but it turns off out off no where kind off blinks stays off a while later it some times turns itself back on ?

QuestionWhy is there no sound when using a DVD? I have a picture. Other tv works with same player and cable. IP TV box works with sound. I reset the TV. Toshiba 50L711U18. I tried all HDMI ports. TV speakers off then on. It has never worked since new.

QuestionHi, once I turn on my tv, after a short period my screen goes black, but the sound is on. I was able to apply a work around by adjusting the back light setting to 0. The issue is the picture is not clear.. can someone help?

QuestionSince mine did not include any screws for attaching the stand, what size do I need to go buy from Lowe's? I don't like the thing just wobbling on the pegs, which is the only thing provided for use as a stand attachment.

- Answer Not sure what you are talking about with the ads etc. there is a demo mode you can turn on or off in the settings, I believe it is under the advanced section.
