• Ours was purchased in 2020 and just crapped out on us as well. Never buying a Toshiba again, going to stick with tried and trusted Insignia.

• Hi Junk, I do apologize for the disappointing experience that you had with our product. It is not our intention to make you feel that way but if your Toshiba TV won't turn on you need to reset it. Unplug your TV and wait a full 60 seconds. While the TV is unplugged, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. After the 60 seconds are up, plug your Toshiba TV back in and it should work.
