“I was able to hook up my headphones with an adapter to the audio digital output, however the headphones do not work with Amazon prime or Netflix. Sling Discovery Plus and other apps that works fine. How can I solve this problem?”

• To change the Audio Output settings go to Settings > Display and Sounds > Audio Output > Turn TV Speakers OFF and Select Digital Audio Format PCM. For product support please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available everyday from 8am to 9pm (CT).
