“I am not able to get into the picture settings by long pressing the home button. It was working fine initially but now its not working anymore. Is anybody else facing this issue, please let me know how to fix it. Thanks.”

If you haven't already discovered this, I found that if you quickly double click the home button, it brings up the picture settings. So you might want to try that.
