• hard to tell because the visual is good if connected correctly and it does have some sort of plastic or glass on it to protect. It's thin but it does have something protecting it

• The screen is matte, very low reflection

• Glossy. In the store, there were some major reflection issues, but they had the TV tilted in such a way that the ceiling lights were reflecting. In a really sunny room, this might be an issue. Was fine in the bedroom.
