“My grandfather is hard of hearing and prefers a wired headphone. But when the headphone is plugged in, TV Speakers stop working - so we cannot watch TV with him. Is there a way to keep TV Speakers on when Wired headphone connected to 3.5mm connector?”

• But the TV Speaker option is greyed out and cannot be selected when the 3.5mm port is used or Bluetooth is used.

• Press the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Audio output] — [Audio to both TV speakers & other device] to enable it and output sound from both the device connected to the headphone jack or Bluetooth headphones, and the TV speakers. Mary II Toshiba Customer Care
