“The video quality is great watching shows/videos/movies but when I play my PS4 console the graphics Quality is poor I have it in game mode still poor. Sending a pic doesn’t look the same. The quality looks Pal and sharpness isn’t great either.”

Try different picture modes. Using the included Voice Remote, while watching a video, press and hold for 3 seconds the Home button to launch the Quick Access Menu, select Picture to adjust the Picture Settings. Also try to adjust the video resolution in your gaming console settings. David M. - Toshiba Support
