• I have Spectrum so I had to use their remote in conjunction with Firestick. That's how you change the channels. You have to go to Firestick first and select the right sourcse button which should appear on your screen after you have turned on your cable or Direct TV. I imagine it works the same with an Antenna. Just use both remotes.

• Yes you can connect your antenna to watch free over-the-air broadcasts from your local channels. To change channels press the TV button on the remote to launch the Live TV guide, use the up or down buttons to navigate through the list and press the center button to select the highlighted option to start watching.
