• Try this, to Factory Reset the Remote, press and hold at the same time the DPAD-left, Back (↩) and Menu (≡) buttons for at least 12 seconds. To pair the remote again, press the Home button for up to a minute. Also you can download the Amazon Fire TV app on your Smartphone to control the TV over WiFi. If the issue persists, please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday.

• Not a replacement, but there is a Fire TV remote app on the Google play store. It's not an exact replica, but it does let you navigate the Fire TV features.
