• You will most likely have to call Spectrum and complain. According to their website (https://www.spectrum.com/app) the only connected devices they support are the "Samsung Smart TV" and "Xboxone" in addition to phones, tablets, and laptops. The "Toshiba Smart TV" is not listed.
