“I wanted to see you guys can help me out with my Toshiba - 65" Class C350 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV. This evening when I turned the tv on it just stayed on the start up screen. I did all the unplugging and removed the batteries stuff”

Hi JB! One cause of the problem could be that static electricity is building up, so try following these steps: 1. Turn off the main supply to the TV or unplug it from the socket. 2. Press the TV's power button, generally situated in the front. 3. Hold the button for a few seconds. 4. Plug it back in and try navigating using the remote.
