Hi JB! One cause of the problem could be that static electricity is building up, so try following these steps: 1. Turn off the main supply to the TV or unplug it from the socket. 2. Press the TV's power button, generally situated in the front. 3. Hold the button for a few seconds. 4. Plug it back in and try navigating using the remote.
