Hi Dstation! Thank you for the interest in purchasing the Toshiba 75" Class C350 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV. One of the main differences is in picture quality and HDR handling: The 2021 model is flicker-free in all picture modes and brightness levels. The 2023 model, however, improves HDR gradient handling compared to the 2021 version. Overall, the 2024 model is better than its predecessor in every facet.
