• Yes, no issues at all. It is UBS3 so WIN10 likes it and will be fast if you are utilizing UBS3. It will also work with USB2 just not as fast.

• I wouldn't hesitate to use on a Windows machine as long as it had USB 3.0 capabilities. I used on a Mac and it was seamless.
