What is the avareg Refill cost per mounth? null

It depends on your plan. As of June 2016, the $45 plan is 2g data, the $60 plan is 3g data. You can buy extra data cheap if u need it. You may have a small state tax for 911. For me, 75 cents.

I've been on the $45 dollar plan for 2 years with another phone upgraded to the LG G Vista and found out you can keep the $45 plan with tax it's a total of $49.11 a month unlimited calling & texting and think it's 1 GB can't remember I usually use WiFi on the internet. Hopes this helps.
