• Yes we use it in our guest cabin so there is internet there

• Hi! For a Wi-Fi extender to work effectively, it should be installed in a location where the source signal is sufficiently stable/strong, yet far enough from the source signal's location to extend Wi-Fi into the desired "dead zone".
