• Hi! Yes, as long as the extender has been successfully configured and is receiving adequate signal from your existing Wi-Fi source, you can connect it to a wired device (e.g. your PC) via its Ethernet port.

• If your modem will connect wireless to TP-Link AC1750 you should be able to without any problems. If you don't have wifi it's not going to work like it was intended to. You need to give more information about what you currently have for a clear yes or no.
