• Theoretical would be 3400 square feet un obstructed for the 2.4 and 5g bands and about 1700-2100 for the 6G band assuming similar strength to the AXE5400/AXE75

• I can't say, but I'd guess that the range would be very good unless there are heavy physical structures in the way outside.
