“Can the Deco BE95 act as a repeater/mesh-repeater for an Archer BE900 as primary router? I want a BE900 when it's out, but will need repeaters. The BE95s look to compliment it - if they support it. Is BE900 "EasyMesh" compatible with BE95 "Deco Mesh"?”

No. Deco and Archer will continue to be separate systems. Deco can be expanded with other Deco systems. The Archer BE900 supports EasyMesh and we currently plan on a WiFi 7 range extender for later this year.
