Hi Timbo, Yes, the PoE feature of the Deco X50-Outdoor is for input power only - to deliver power to the Deco unit itself. Its ports do not provide PoE power to other devices. We would absolutely recommend connecting an outdoor TV to one of the available Ethernet ports on the Deco X50-Outdoor.
