Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use this unit in Southeast Texas where in the summer its over 100 in the shade and the humidity makes you feel like you are swimming as you walk. I have not had any heat related issues with this unit. Not sure how mich over 100 you experience regularly, but we got up to 116 a few years ago and it was fine.
