• Hi! Yes, you can easily toggle the camera On/Off via the Kasa app on your smartphone, as long as the camera and your smartphone are connected to the Internet. The KC401 Kasa Camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only.

• Yes you can turn it off remotely. The camera will only connect to the router on whichever connection you chose. If you chose the 5G link, it will only work on that. You would have to go back and reassign the connection to whatever other option is available.
