Yes, if you pay for the service it will store video & sound for 24 hours. However, as far as I am aware it is not continuous 24 hours. The cameras send notifications to your phone when movement or sound is detected. But you also have the capability to access the cameras from your phone or tablet just to check the status of things. I have indoor cameras but have them looking out on to the driveway (infrared needs to be off on the camera) and even at night the camera gives a good quality video. There are slots on the camera to put in a memory stick so it will snap photos when there is movement.
