A:AnswerHi! If you installed a new router, the Wi-Fi network name and password was likely changed in the process. If this is the case, the smart plug will need to be reset and re-configured in order to connect to the new network.
A:AnswerOperating temperature ranges from 32F to 104F, these are also not weather proof for things like water/rain. So as long as you watch out for those things and they are in range of your Wi-Fi network you should be fine. Getting a smart plug that is weatherproof would be ideal though.

I also have a timer set in the app to shut off by 11:30 pm. It has worked with out a problem since I hooked it up.
