Are there any blinking lights? null

Yes (not sure if they blink I think it's just green) and you can go to settings and turn them on or off, night vision infra red lights are red when night vision is on those have to be on when night mode is on.

Blinking lights are seen only during setup or if the internet connection is lost. Otherwise there is only a green light when camera is on
