• Hi, The camera requires an encrypted 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for connectivity. As long as there is a compatible network available, you should be able to set up the camera and manage/view it via the Tapo app. If you would prefer an additional layer of control or protection over your network connection, you can also consider using one of our Travel Routers between the network and the camera, such as our TL-WR1502X.
