“The unit has operated perfectly for 2 weeks. I have just noted it is extremely hot to the touch.what is normal operating temp?is this normal?the front cover is extremely hot when you touch it. I don't feel alot of heat coming from the vents.please advise?”

Use a 110 volt outlet and not a 220 volt one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A little warmth is common but it should not be hot to the touch. I would unplug it let it cool down and try it in a different outlet. if it get that hot again discontinue using it and contact support.
