Trac sell this 3 GB data only card to add on to your phone service, but they also sell a larger 10 GB high speed data phone and service card, but that card is good for only 30 60 etc days. That service is not the same as the phone service. and I lost the remaining 10 GB data after the 30 days even when my phone still has xx days of service remaining. you can do a 611611 balance to see the service remaining and trac has 2 types of service. Yes beware what you buy.
