Hi. This is Frank from TracFone Wireless. Unfortunately, you cannot make a call outside United States. TracFone does not support international roaming. The $10 Global card only allows you to make an international calls from US to other countries. It does not add regular minutes to your account. The minutes on the plan is for international calling only. Thank you.
