Since TracFone is not allowed to access any personal information stored in your phone, you may use Transfer Wizard App to transfer your contacts and photos. Depending on whether you use Android or iPhone, you can back up your contacts through Google or iCloud, as long as you have a Google or iCloud account. Tracfone does not offer the backups directly. In Android, you need to go into 'Settings' and search for 'Backup'. Follow the instructions there. I do not know how it is done in iOS.
