Since TracFone is not allowed to access any personal information stored in your phone, you may use Transfer Wizard App to transfer your contacts and photos. • Depending on whether you use Android or iPhone, you can back up your contacts through Google or iCloud, as long as you have a Google or iCloud account. Tracfone does not offer the backups directly. In Android, you need to go into 'Settings' and search for 'Backup'. Follow the instructions there. I do not know how it is done in iOS.
