• Yes, they will assist you over the phone. I would recommend saving all receipts to make sure they applied the correct plan. I paid for unlimited T&TXT and 6 months in Tracfone informed me I had purchased the wrong plan. Very frustrating. So, purchased another Unlimited plan from Best Buy....and saved EVERYTHING!! But, service is fine.
