“I had a TracFone card for 1month no limit. I purchased a 90-day card and I cannot see a new balance that reflects my present usable minutes. The only info is when my service will be up. Why can't I have minute balance show up?”

• I've had this problem, it appears to be a problem on their end. Try and contact them to see if they can straighten it out.
