I had a TracFone card for 1month no limit. I purchased a 90-day card and I cannot see a new balance that reflects my present usable minutes. The only info is when my service will be up. Why can't I have minute balance show up? null

I've had this problem, it appears to be a problem on their end.
Try and contact them to see if they can straighten it out.

Tell your provider Of the  phone that this is happening and they should help.  Ask best assistance for helpout too.
