Judy I called TracFone and there are only two flip phones that will work. My spouse likes easy and the flip phone he used would no longer be supported by Verizon cellular as of 12/31/19. I have an Android that he would never have patience with. The only complaint I have with this flip phone is the background is a light blue and the charge indicator on the upper right side is white so it can be difficult to determine if you have a full charge or not
