• I was told I had to download the TRACFONE APP , sign up and then I could view all that info.

• Good day, TennisFan626. You would be able to check the balance in our web site at: https://www.tracfone.com/direct/CheckBalance. In addition, you can now download our free application to get your account information directly from your phone. Just go to Google Play and look for the "TracFone My Account app".
