If your TracFone BLU View 5 phone shows an "X" with a buffering circle when receiving photos via text, ensure your data plan is active and your APN settings are correct for MMS.     • Answer It actually does not. I learned the hard way while trying to pay for groceries today. Afterwards, I looked up the model and set-up guide to confirm that I wasn't an idiot and maybe did something wrong. Don't make my mistake.
