“I looked at the Tracfone classic on Bestbuy web page and it said wi fi compatable. I bought the phone and I like it but it will not connect to my wi fi. There is no cell signal where I live and I really wanted that feature. Why does it not connect?”

I don't know. Personally, I would contact Tracfone for this question. I'm sure they can help. The next I would also ask Best Buy.
