I would say $19.99 plus taxes. That is for the Basic Phone Card with 60 minutes and 90 service days - remember, this phone will give you triple (x3) minutes so you will get 180 minutes but still just 90 days but the minutes carryover to the next month etc. I don't use the internet feature so I don't know how this affects the time etc. Hope this helps.
