Hi. This is Katrina from TracFone Wireless. Unfortunately, no. TracFone device will not work when you are located anywhere outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands including, without limitation, while you are offshore or in international waters. Thank you!
