Good morning, Newtosmartphone. Yes, you will receive triple minutes on every service card added. The phone will also work with WiFi while you're in a call. The international calls to this country are charged at a special rate per minute. The sound quality and reception will only be affected if you're in an area with low coverage. Other than that, it should be working.
