• Yes, it comes preinstalled with Google Chrome as its web browser. However, no, it is NOT compatible with Consumer Cellular. It is on the TracFone cell network, so will only work with them.

• It does,have internet browsing. I dont know if it is compatible with Cellular, but I wouldnt see why not.
