Try a factory reset or go to the store where you bought it. Best buy has a Samsung experience center that may be happy to assist you,
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To reset it, you have to go into the settings and in there you can click the reset tab, make sure to take out your SD card first before resetting. Just so there's no risk of anything on there getting erased, better safe then sorry..I hope this helps.
